Staff Profile

A list of current staff and their qualifications is available on request and on display in the Home.

Our professionally trained staff and therapists provide the utmost care where required 24 hours a day 7 days a week with constant enthusiasm and diligence.

We manage and train our employees with the aim that all of our carers achieve NVQ Level 2. New carers will complete the Common Induction Standards within 12 weeks of employment. All employees receive the training appropriate to their work including annual training in Health & Safety matters such as Moving and Handling, Fire awareness, Food Hygiene and other appropriate training as and when required.
